As the PBS series Unnatural Causes: Is Inequality Making Us Sick? continues to resonate across the country, we’ve been hired to work on another documentary project about health disparities and the social determinants of health. In the course of our work, we’ve met the most fabulous people in California’s East Bay cities Oakland, Richmond and Berkeley and became reconnected with colleagues we haven’t worked with in awhile.
Randy Completes Park Video
Just days before Christmas Randy completed his Ithaca College directing and editing job. Shot on HDV by New York-based Benjamin Wolf and DVCProHD by Boston-based, Ithaca alum Jason Longo, the video was completed on Final Cut Pro for the Park Foundation. Dave Allen of Eddy/Allen Editorial onlined, and Greg McCleary of Heartpunch Studio handled the sound design and mix.
The 18-minute video will be used to introduce recipients of North Carolina State University’s Park Scholarships and Ithaca College’s Park Scholars to the life and legacy of founder Roy Park. The Foundation supports education, independent media, and the environment. The project was a production of Ithaca College’s Park Productions.
